Rights Assignment

What is your right?
My right is freedom of speech.

Why does your right exist?
The right to freedom of speech allows individuals to express themselves without interference or constraint by the government.

Describe what it means to exercise your right.
To excersize freedom of speech, it means that you are saying what you want without being punished.

What limitations exist on your right?
The limitations on this right are rules for different places like schools, at work, at home, etc. There would be consequenses if you said something that you wanted to say but wasn't nice to someone like your teacher or your parent. Those are the limitations for this right.

Why do those limitations exist?
If they did not exist than kids would not ever learn how to talk right to people. They would not be taught how to be polite or ask for things nicely. Nobody would be courteous to each other.

If you had to give up this right, what would you want in return?
I would want the poor to be treated and to give everyone a place to live.

Environmental Fact 5

Stopping Global Warming will keep our civiliztion.

http://www.livescience.com/technology/050627_warming_solution.html
1.Rober Roy Britt
2.Imaginova is a leading digital media and commerce company. Our rapidly expanding network of brands has become the premier online destination for the intellectually curious. OMD¹ estimates that there are 60 million U.S. adults 18-54 who are intellectually curious about science and technology, a fast growing segment of the population.
3.It is very credible
4.It shows the threats to our civilization such as a volcano.
5.Yes
6.Britt is a senior writer for Imaginova.

http://scienceblogs.com/gnxp/2008/07/global_warming_bad_for_civiliz.php
1.Razib
2.In 2 separate experiments, one involving imperative (no-choice), the other choice situations, we investigated how predicted risk and expected value aggregate into a common reward signal in the human brain. Blood oxygen level dependent responses in lateral regions of the prefrontal cortex increased monotonically with increasing reward value in the absence of risk in both experiments. Risk enhanced these responses in risk-seeking participants, but reduced them in risk-averse participants. The aggregate value and risk responses in lateral prefrontal cortex contrasted with pure value signals independent of risk in the striatum. These results demonstrate an aggregate risk and value signal in the prefrontal cortex that would be compatible with basic assumptions underlying the mean-variance approach to utility.
3.It is kind of credible.
4.It shows an experiment about what he did about global warming.
5.Somewhat
6.Razib seems like a very smart person who knows what he is talking about but he could be wrong.

1.SourceWatch
2.It has experts post about different topics.
3.It is kind of credible
4.It is saying that global warming is a real threat to civilization.
5.Somewhat
6.There is a lot of information about it but it was a not a real organization that posted it.

I do believe that this is a true fact. Global warming will eventually cause our ozone layer to fully disinigrate. This will destroy civilization.
